Processing
Once an order has been placed, we require 1–3 business days for processing. During weekdays, orders are typically processed within one business day. However, if you place an order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 5–8 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hugoandgrace.co.uk. A cancellation is not possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for all orders. Every product is delivered completely free of charge, with no minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.
Delayed Order?
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally occur. If your order is delayed by more than a week, please contact us with your order number via email, and we will look into the issue.
Order Not Received?
If you have not received your package after the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us via email with your order number.
